1.Seven Boats Franchise Program
Our proposed engagement model for Domestic Market (India)-
- A Franchise / semi-“unit-franchise”/Profit Centre/Revenue Sharing model initially to start with where you have to pay a one time non refundable brand fees to Seven Boats of INR 2,00,000 (a 2 year legal contract & NDA adhering to the TOS & guidelines of Seven Boats ) to operate as an exclusive marketing front office of Seven Boats there in your city with opportunity of co-branding of your own entity/company. Monthly Revenue sharing would be 60(you)-40(Seven Boats) for service vertical & 50-50 for training vertical. You only need a small physical office with proper address/Internet/Laptop, 1-2 people team for business development /procuring projects and students /tie up with colleges/universities there. This will keep your recurring operational & capital investment low. You need to arrange local trade license & other legal/individual tax compliance (if any).
Rest of all the support (delivery, local website, official email id & Google suite apps, marketing materials, proposal/pitching templates, training, tools, in-house software, exclusive access to our online academy platform & many more) we will provide from our delivery centre in Kolkata. You can procure projects and students and pass on to us without taking headache of project delivery/ Technicalities or further project communication. No other/no additional charges except the 2 year brand fees as mentioned above would be charged from you. If you want to do additional promotion from your end beyond our designated scope of deliveries/scope of work, that would be your own.
If you can procure projects well from your local market, you will meet break-even within 6 months and achieve good profit and can scale up quickly with help of our support & training. We need local market strategy, business network, entrepreneur skill, business development/local marketing & sales from you. All Technical work would be done by our team here. A sincere and smart effort can do wonders. - Post 2 years, depending on your performance, renewal of contract would be done or further engagement model would be decided.
- If you have a business entity, by joining our Franchise partner program, you can promote your own brand in a cobranded way with Seven Boats as authorized franchise partner of Seven Boats. Example: JM Digital (Authorized Franchise Partner of Seven Boats at <<Location>>) Individuals can also join Seven Boats Franchise program or can opt for TCAP program
Our proposed engagement model for International Market (Outside India)-
- A semi-“master franchise”/ Profit Centre/Revenue Sharing model initially to start with where you have to pay a one time non refundable brand fees to Seven Boats of an average USD 8000* (a 2 year contract period, *for specific countries, the fees may vary) to operate as an exclusive Country branch office there in your country. Monthly Revenue sharing would be 60(you)-40(Seven Boats) for service vertical & 50-50 for training vertical.You only need a small physical office with proper address/Internet/Laptop, 1-2 people team for business development / procuring projects and students /tie up with colleges/universities there. This will keep your recurring operational & capital investment low. You need to arrange local business license & other legal/tax /banking compliance as a branch office of Seven Boats Info-System Pvt. Ltd. in your country and that is to be mutually discussed further.
