Implementing rss feed on website is digital marketers job?

If your site is in WordPress by default there is feed ( like dyz.com/feed ), but if it’s in other platforms your developer needs to create it. Not exactly it’s a technical job …. marketing the feed is the job of digital marketer … like burning the feed in feed burner , sharing it in various rss submission sites etc
